Each pizza is approx 12 inches, not all pizzas are perfectly round you know!
Our dough is made exactly as in Italy, using only flour, yeast, water and salt. Handcrafted from scratch at home every afternoon. Then it is proved for at least 24hrs to develop the flavour and make it easily digestible with a crispy light crust.
Flour is sourced from Italy. It’s a special blend of high-quality finely ground wheat that’s perfectly matched with the red-hot temperatures needed to make Neapolitan style pizza.
Our tomato sauce comes from tomatoes grown only in the foothills of Mount Vesuvius, the world renown San Marzano tomato. We mill them, nothing added, just pure tomatoes with a little help from the Naples sunshine!
We also make from scratch our butternut squash sauce, vegan pesto, vegan parmesan, spicy kale, garlic butter, hot honey. The list will keep changing with the seasons.
